Terms & Conditions of Rental

  1. Payment is due upon collection of hire items. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

  2. Security deposit is due and payable upon collection of hire items*. Security deposit will be returned in full at the conclusion of hire, when goods are returned/collected in a satisfactory condition, with no missing parts/pieces, chips, cracks, stains, or general damage.

  3. Time for collection of hire items will be confirmed at the beginning of the week. Collections are on the Thursday prior to function. All returns are to be made on the Tuesday following your function. Return time needs to be confirmed by advising us by phone, text or email by Sunday 7pm, so we can arrange accordingly.

  4. We will not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by any item whilst on hire.
